Em uma frigideira, doure as fatias de bacon dos dois lados, em seguida, reserve-os em papel toalha (ponto crocante). Utilizando a mesma frigideira, adicione a manteiga ou margarina, espere derreter. Em uma travessa, adicione o pur\u00ea reservado e acerte com aux\u00edlio da colher. Adicione o molho de tomate sobre o pur\u00ea. Adicione a coxa e sobrecoxa, despeje o molho por cima. Adicione o bacon em peda\u00e7os e a mu\u00e7arela e leve para gratinar em forno preaquecido em 200\u00baC graus por mais ou menos 10 minutos ou at\u00e9 a mu\u00e7arela gratinar.
